Around the corner...

She tells her love while half asleep,
In the dark hours,
With half-words whispered low:
As Earth stirs in her winter sleep
And puts out grass and flowers
Despite the snow,
Despite the falling snow.

Robert Graves

The sun has changed a bit in the last week or so- it feels stronger, and despite the blizzard we're waiting for this evening, I can feel the change in the air that signals spring.

  1. There was what sounded like a robin twittering madly from a treetop this morning. Definitely felt like warm times are on their way. And the clocks springing forward seem to confirm it.
