Oh my goodness! How old is your lovie sewing something cute up? That is awesome! I'm a beginner myself, but I have taught my lovies how to do basic stitches. My middle daughter is the only one truly interested, but she has that crafty/sewy/bakey personality. Also, I love that quilt! *coveting*

N is 4 and a half- I knew she was ready to start some sort of stitching when she came to me and showed how she had used a threaded needle from my sewing basket to 'sew up' her pajamas! I got her a big blunt needle and some felt and let her go to town- can't wait to see what she cooks up- this first one is a blanket for the dollhouse...
